As most Cloud Den items are handmade, there will be slight variations between each product as well as with any representations on the website or otherwise. In fact, this is a character that we take pride of as each piece is unique and special.
We try our best to provide an as accurate as possible representation of the product and its colour. However due to computer image quality and individual screen settings, slight variations in their colour may occur slightly.

SHOPPING WITH CLOUD DEN
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Cloud Den reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
– shipping –
Cloud Den will dispatch orders within 7 days once payment has been confirmed. If there are any delays due to stocking reasons, we will notify you and you have the option of changing or canceling your order.
Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike, transport complications etc.
Should you wish to cancel an order after payment has been accepted, please contact us by e-mail at hello@cloudden.com.au within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, freight charges will not be refunded. Cancellations after this time will be at the sole discretion of Cloud Den.
– returns and exchanges –
We like to make sure that our customers are happy and satisfied with our products. If something is wrong, we are happy to discuss any concerns that you might have. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. However if you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange a full replacement or refund at hello@cloudden.com.au
Other than in the case of defective goods or an incorrect shipment, all sales are final and exchanges/refunds are not accepted. Unfortunately, for sanitary reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned even if it is for an exchange or if it is faulty.
Please contact us at hello@cloudden.com.au to obtain a return approval before sending back your goods. You may not return any item purchased on line to one of our stockists. The item to be returned must be returned packed safely for the return transport.
